Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends, holidays, and high-volume release periods.

During product drops, limited releases, preorder periods, or promotional events, processing times may be longer. If an item is marked as a preorder, made-to-order item, or limited drop, the estimated shipping timeline will be stated on the product page or checkout page.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the customer’s shipping address, package weight, selected shipping method, and carrier availability.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and may vary due to weather, holidays, carrier delays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside of our control.

SOLOBYGOD LLC does not guarantee carrier delivery dates unless a guaranteed shipping option is specifically offered and selected at checkout.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email or text, if contact information was provided at checkout.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the package has been scanned by the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

SOLOBYGOD LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, household members, your local post office, or the shipping carrier first.

SOLOBYGOD LLC is not responsible for stolen packages or carrier delays after shipment. However, we will do our best to assist you with locating your package or filing a carrier claim when possible.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged packaging and item.

Damage claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

International Shipping

If international shipping is available, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or additional charges required by their country.

SOLOBYGOD LLC is not responsible for customs delays, refused shipments, or fees charged by international authorities.
